Australia’s largest entry level participation programme lacked innovation and faced continued challenges around the delivery of participant packs to centres nationally. In 2016, the AFL appointed TPF Sports based on their ability to provide participants with personalised AFL Team products. This bespoke entitlements pack was then delivered to each participants door, which revolutionised the programme. This new thinking brought innovation, untold cost/service efficiencies for clubs, programme co-ordinators, state associations and the participant. I know right – over 100K participants, pretty amazing!!
